Operators who plan a transit flight
(TNCF FIR) and do not have an account or insufficient deposit in their account,
cannot transit (TNCF FIR). If you accidentally get any message from the TNCF
FIR telling you that “THE FLIGHT PLAN YOU HAVE SUBMITTED HAS BEEN DECLINED AS
YOUR AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION IS NOT KNOWN TO DCANSP OR YOUR ACCOUNT WITH ANSP
DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS FOR THAT FLIGHT” then don’t hesitate to contact

Generally, Curacao FIR is an open
sky region, overflight permit is not required to be obtained before the flight
unless you have a special flight permit that requires you to notify the
Competent authorities along your entire route to get them notified and approve your flight, but in case you have overdue debts for the navigation charges, or
the CAA asked you to pay the Navigation in Advance due to some reason, you have
to check immediately to solve the payment issue or you will be denied to enter
to TNCF FIR by the Dutch Caribbean Region Towers.
